7 Ways to quick start your brain like a genius

Many individuals dedicate their lives to finding the fountain of youth. I've spent my time looking for the perfect regimen. However, as technology has transformed color-coded paper calendars into cloud-based scheduling software, the pattern has eluded me. It's because each day is different and as unpredictable as a rodeo bull ride, yet it goes by almost as quickly.

However, after studying the habits of artists, authors, composers, philosophers, and scientists, I've come to believe that a routine is more than a luxury. It is the most important aspect of your job. When you have a good routine, your mental energy gets into a comfortable rhythm and you can avoid the tyranny of emotions.

Following are a few that allow you to pursue the luxury of a productivity-enhancing habit after examining some similar characteristics in the lives of some of the healthiest geniuses:

1- Making your bed:

The first successful habit is to make your bed as soon as you wake up. It's because properly making your bed teaches you how to properly do everything else. As a result, it is the most crucial phase in the military. It tells you that if you start with a decent step, you will eventually achieve success.

2- Concentrate on your breathing:

After you've made your bed, you should meditate. You should meditate for 15 to 20 minutes in order to cleanse your thoughts and prepare for the day ahead.

3- Exercise:

As soon as you wake up, practice some form of exercise to prepare your body for the day. Any type of intensive action, such as jumping jacks or crunches, can get you going and ready for your daily tasks.

4- Take control of the first hour of your day:

The first hour of your day may have a big impact on how the rest of your day goes. If you pay attention to the first hour of your day, you can get a head start on your day and complete the majority of your to-do list.

5- Eat breakfast:

Your body and brain require energy to conduct tasks throughout the day. So start your day with a nutritious meal and a cup of tea that will help you focus throughout the day. The majority of people do not value tea as highly as they should, yet excellent tea may make you feel lot better and more invigorated.

6- Make a to-do list:

Make a to-do list at the start of the day so that you remember all of the chores that need to be performed that day. Instead of making a huge to-do list that you won't be able to complete, write three or four chores that you can easily do.

7- Start with the most difficult task:

When you're ready to start working on your projects, start with the most difficult one. It's because you have more energy and your brain is a lot more relaxed to face the most challenging challenges first thing in the morning.
